Privacy Policy
This notice covers the processing of personal data when visiting this website and when using our app Aisly. In short: the app works fully offline and sends no data to us. This website only processes the technically unavoidable data (server logs) and whatever you actively send us by email. We use no tracking, no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no marketing cookies.

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access the site, the host automatically processes technical access data in server log files transmitted by your browser:
- abbreviated or full IP address,
- date and time of access,
- requested page/file, data volume transferred,
- browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL.
This serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host. This data is not merged with your identity or used for marketing. As Cloudflare is a US provider, data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which Cloudflare is certified.
3. Contact
This website uses no server-side contact form. The contact button merely opens your own email client (mailto:). If you email us, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content) solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR) and delete them once no longer required, subject to statutory retention obligations.
4. The “Aisly” app
Aisly is an offline-first shopping list app. All content stays exclusively on your device. We run no server for the app, you need no account, and no personal data is transmitted to us or to any third party. Stored locally are your lists and items, stores/departments/categories you create, the sort order learned per store with purchase statistics, and app settings (language, appearance, text size). This data is not sent to us or analysed for advertising or analytics.
Permissions:
- Keep the screen awake: during an active shopping run, the app keeps the screen on. No data is collected.
- File access (backup): on your explicit action, you can export your data as a file (JSON) or import a backup. You choose the location and file yourself; the app does not access files on its own or in the background.
When downloading via the Apple App Store or Google Play, the respective provider’s privacy terms additionally apply; we have no influence over the processing carried out there (e.g. download/purchase handling).
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As the app transmits no personal data to us, any claims essentially relate to website-visit and email-contact data. Contact info@goodmood.dev.
6. Changes
We will update this policy when the website, app or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this address.
